There are many different types of massage, including these common types:
Swedish massage.
This is a gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping to help relax and energize you.
Deep massage.
This massage technique uses slower, more-forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, commonly to help with muscle damage from injuries.
HEALTH BENEFITS OF HOT STONE MASSAGE
Hot stone massage performed by a certified therapist can help relax the body's muscles and soft tissues, alleviate pain, improve circulation and help rid the body of toxins. This type of massage treatment can also reduce stress, promote calmness and increase relaxation. Many hot stone massage enthusiasts even claim they experience a sense of enlightenment, inner peace and renewed spirituality after a hot stone massage session.

Benefits of massage

Massage is generally considered part of complementary and alternative medicine. It's increasingly being offered along with standard treatment for a wide range of medical conditions and situations.
Studies of the benefits of massage demonstrate that it is an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain and muscle tension.
While more research is needed to confirm the benefits of massage, some studies have found massage may also be helpful for:
  • Anxiety
  • Digestive disorders
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Headaches
  • Insomnia related to stress
  • Myofascial pain syndrome
  • Paresthesias and nerve pain
  • Soft tissue strains or injuries
  • Sports injuries
  • Temporomandibular joint pain
Beyond the benefits for specific conditions or diseases, some people enjoy massage because it often involves caring, comfort, a sense of empowerment and creating deep connections with their massage therapist.
Despite its benefits, massage isn't meant as a replacement for regular medical care. Let your doctor know you're trying massage and be sure to follow any standard treatment plans you have.

Is is very nice and very true quote

I found one qoute. I think is is very nice, and very true.
" Courage is to move on dangerous paths. Life is dangerous, and only cowards can avoid the danger - but then, they are already dead. A person who is alive, really alive, vitally alive, will always move into the unknown.
There is danger there, but he will take the risk. The heart is always ready to take the risk, the heart is a gambler. The head is a businessman. The head always calculates - it is cunning.
The heart is non-calculating."
translated into my language:
A bátorság azt jelenti, hogy veszélyes ösvényeken indulunk el. Az élet veszélyes, és csak a gyávák kerülhetik el a veszélyt - de akkor meg is halnak. Az, aki él, valóban él, akiben áramlik az élet, nekivág az ismeretlennek. A szív mindig kész vállalni a kockázatot, a szív hazárdjátékos. A fej üzletember. A fej folyton számításokat végez és ravaszkodik.
A szív nem mérlegel.

Emotions

How To Understand, Identify and Release Your Emotions

What Are Emotions – Feelings?

Different people define emotions in different ways. Some make a distinction between emotions and feelings saying that a feeling is the response part of the emotion and that an emotion includes the situation or experience, the interpretation, the perception, and the response or feeling related to the experience of a particular situation.  For the purposes of this article, I use the terms interchangeably.
John D. (Jack) Mayer says, “Emotions operate on many levels.  They have a physical aspect as well as a psychological aspect.  Emotions bridge thought, feeling, and action – they operate in every part of a person, they affect many aspects of a person, and the person affects many aspects of the emotions.”
Dr. Maurice Elias says, “Emotions are human beings’ warning systems as to what is really going on around them.  Emotions are our most reliable indicators of how things are going on in our lives.  Emotions help keep us on the right track by making sure that we are led by more than the mental/ intellectual faculties of thought, perception, reason, memory.”

Other People, Places, and Things Cannot Change How You Feel

The only person who can change what you feel is you.  A new relationship, a new house, a new car, a new job, these things can momentarily distract you from your feelings, but no other person, no material possession, no activity can remove, release, or change how you feel.
How often do you hear people say things like “when I have enough money, I won’t be afraid anymore”, only to find there never seems to be enough money to stop being afraid.   Or “when I’m in a secure relationship I won’t feel lonely any more”, and finding they are still lonely regardless of their relationship.   We need to understand that we take our feelings with us wherever we go.  A new dress, a new house, a new job, none of these things change how we feel.  Our feelings remain within us until we release them.

Two Basic Emotions In Life – Love and Fear

There are only two basic emotions that we all experience, love and fear.  All other emotions are variations of these two emotions.  Thoughts and behavior come from either a place of love, or a place of fear.  Anxiety, anger, control, sadness, depression, inadequacy, confusion, hurt, lonely, guilt, shame, these are all fear-based emotions.  Emotions such as joy, happiness, caring, trust, compassion, truth, contentment, satisfaction, these are love-based emotions.
There are varying degrees of intensity of both types of emotions, some being mild, others moderate, and others strong in intensity.  For example, anger in a mild form can be felt as disgust or dismay, at a moderate level can be felt as offended or exasperated, and at an intense level can be felt as rage or hate. And the emotion that always underpins anger is fear.

How To Release Emotions

Don’t be afraid of your emotions.  Don’t fight them, run away from them, and block them out.  Welcome them, be with them, regardless of what they are.  We were born with all emotions.  They are neither good or bad, they just are.  Emotions dissipate and slowly disappear if you feel them, and are present with them.   Just close your eyes and feel them as deeply as you can.

Thanatology

Thanatology is the scientific study of death that almost always involves deathbed visions. Such visions are regarded as showing that death is not an extinction of life but the transition of life. Many see this transition as a rite of passage that should be undergone consciously and with dignity. There are various arts to "right dying" as described in the ancient Western mystery traditions and in the Tibetan Book of the Dead (see Egyptian Book of the Dead). However, in the technologically advanced societies of the West such dignified rites of passage are too often forgotten and abandoned in effort to prolong life as long as possible with advanced techniques and machines.
Deathbed visions are paranormal experiences of the dying. Most commonly the visions are apparitions of the dead or mythical or religious figures, and visions of an afterworld. The significance of these deathbed visions is that they provide evidence, although not scientific, to support the concept of the survival of consciousness after death. These visions share certain characteristics with mystical experiences, such as being regarded as sacred, profoundly peaceful, and giving a sense of elation.
Karlis Otis, under the auspices of the first Parapsychology Foundation and then the American Society for Psychical Research, conducted a significant research study. During 1959 and 1973, he collected data on tens of thousands of deathbed and near-death experiences (NBEs) in the United States and, in a joint effort with Erlendur Haraldsson, in India. Their findings confirmed Barrett's research, the experiences of Elisebeth Kubler-Ross and others who work with the terminally ill and dying, and research of near-death experiences.
It is recorded that deathbed visions have common characteristics regardless of racial, cultural, religious, educational, age, and socioeconomic lines, such as radiant lights, scenes of great beauty, beings of light, and feelings of great peace. Most of these visions are apparitions of light beings that may be dead persons known to the dying, or great religious or mythical figures, such as the Virgin Mary, Jesus, and so on. These figures are called "take-away apparitions" because their apparent purpose is to summon or escort the dying to the afterworld. Generally their appearance elicits a response of joy, peace, happiness, and cessation of pain, but a small number of individuals have reacted with fear and denial.
People that are with the dying sometimes, through rarely, report perceiving the take-away apparition, which is sensed as an unusual light or energy in the room. At times an energy cloud may appear over the dying, and in fewer instances, may assume the shape and appearance of the dying, connected to the body by a silvery cord. At death when this cord is severed, the astral shape dissipates.
In one-third of the visions reported, the dying beheld (or saw when transported out of their body) a preview of the afterworld. Other visions include great architectural structures, and symbolic transitional figures such as gates, bridges, rivers, and boats. The afterworld scenes are populated with angels or spirits of the dead. In a small number of instances celestial music may permeate the vision. The typical colors seen are vivid. Rarely does the vision conform to the religious expectations of the dying.
The length of the visions may vary. About half of the deathbed visions studied by Osis and Haraldsson lasted less than five minutes. Another 17 percent lasted between six and fifteen minutes. Approximately 76 percent of the individuals died within ten minutes of their vision, and almost all died within one or several hours afterwards.
Theories that discount deathbed visions cite the possibilities that they are hallucinations induced by drugs, fever, disease, oxygen deprivation, wish fulfillment, and depersonalization. However, it has been noted that hallucinations arising from these factors generally concern the present and not the afterworld. Also, Osis and Haraldsson discovered that deathbed visions mostly occur when patients are fully conscious.

Exercises for Chakras in Your Body

The seven main chakras in your body correspond with your nervous system, which runs along your spine. They also correspond with different levels of consciousness, your physical body's functions, sound vibrations and different colors. Exercising your chakras improves your physical health, as each chakra helps sustain the health of the organs with which it corresponds. Exercising chakras can also bring about emotional calmness, enhanced intuition and peace of mind.

The Seven Chakras
Your seven chakras run from your tailbone along your spine to the top of your head. They're like vortexes of energy through which you can channel earthly or cosmic energy. Each has a different energy field or vibration and its own role.

Physical Exercises for Your Chakras
Physical exercises, such as yoga and strength training, can help open your first three chakras. For your first chakra, do reclining bound angle pose, corpse pose and child's pose, which are grounding poses that promote surrender to gravity and the earth. Second chakra yoga poses, like cow face pose, pigeon pose, bound angle pose and open angle pose, improve your adaptability and receptivity, according to "Yoga Journal." Any exercise or physical activity that strengthens your abs will help open your third chakra. Breathing through your lower abdomen using your diaphragm muscles helps open the third chakra, so keep your focus on this type of breathing when exercising or practicing yoga.

Chakra Meditation
Sit up tall in a chair with your feet on the floor and arms relaxed by your sides. Breathe slowly and deeply for a few minutes with your awareness on your breath. Next, focus your awareness on your first chakra; visualize a red spinning wheel or vortex. Visualize yourself inhaling and exhaling red energy. After you've done this for a few minutes and feel comfortable, move to the second chakra and repeat. Continue doing this for each of the chakras.

Daily Tarot Card

The Chariot
The Chariot is the representation of Victory and the personality traits required to attain victory.

The Chariot indicates self-awareness and control.
Courage—the ability to overcome fear and confront the unknown head on--is a primary ingredient of any victorious campaign and is denoted by the Chariot.
So too is force of will.
Often success is as much the product of will power and a refusal to surrender as it is anything else.
The Chariot also represents the healthy personality of someone who believes in themselves; someone who can take control of the situation and bring events to a positive end.
His successes come in competition with others.

Money can buy a book, but not knowledge.

Money can buy food, but not an appetite.

Money can buy position, but not respect.

Money can buy blood, but not life.

Money can buy insurance, but not safety."

That's magic, and you're attracting it!
Of course you'll use this for good, not evil, because you're catching sneak previews of the future, and only sensitivity and wisdom will get you there.
You could rule the world, but only if it wants you to rule it.

Spirulina the Super Food

NAME
Spirulina

LATIN NAME

Arthrospira platensis, and Arthrospira maxima.

ALSO KNOWN AS
Blue green Algae.

TRADITIONAL HERBAL USES AND MEDICINAL PROPERTIES

Spirulina is a wonderful health booster and is known to help:
Curb cravings and addictions
Alkalise the blood
Inhibit growth of fungi and mould
Strengthen immunity
Natural detoxify
Balance digestive and gastro intestinal health
Lower cholesterol.
Nutritional profile
Spirulina is a blue-green algae and it contains a wide range of valuable nutrients. Firstly it contains 65% easily digested PROTEIN, and 18 amino acids. It is a unique vegetarian complete source of protein and much of its protein has been pre-digested by the algae itself and these enzymes go on to assist in the human digestive and absorption process.
This protein source is superior because it also has lower fat, lower cholesterol and no artificial growth booster chemicals like meat and dairy protein.

Spirulina is often used by athletes and bodybuilders because of its highly nutritious, high protein, low fat and low cholesterol profile.

Spirulina is also excellent for weight control and weight loss; because it's incredible range of nutrients can help balance sugar highs and lows. When it is taken it boosts the energy levels, suppresses the appetite and rebalances the body's subtle chemistry. When it is taken over the long term it has an alkalizing effect on the body, blood and digestive system which can eliminate cravings for sugar and other addictive substances. When the body receives proper nutrition it is less likely to have an overactive appetite, so Spiralina can be successfully used as part of a weight loss plan.

Chlorophyll
Spiralina can also play an important role in detoxification. One of the reasons your mum always told you to eat your greens is because of Chlorophyll. It is the pigment that makes plants green. And humans, well it makes them healthy because it helps the body get rid of toxins, alkalise the blood, and inhibits the growth of harmful moulds and fungi, all of which are thought to be the root cause of many illnesses. So when stressed out bodies are showing a wide range of symptoms due to excess acid in the blood Spiralina can rebalance the PH levels and bring the body back into harmony and health.Spiralina is packed with:

*Vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll, and essential fatty acids
*Highly digestible vegetarian source of protein
*18 Amino Acids
*Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, E and H
*250% more B12 than Liver!
*One of the highest plant sources of Beta-carotene (x20 than carrots)
*Iron (more than 2 cups of spinach per recommended daily intake)
*Highly alkalising for the blood
*No artificial anything
*Anti-oxidant

FOLKLORE AND HISTORY

Spirulina is believed to have been a food source for the Aztecs and other MesoAmerican until the 16th-century; its harvesting Lake Texaco and subsequent sale as cakes is described by one of Cortes soldiers. The Aztecs called it Teocuitlatl, meaning stone's excrement. Spirulina was found in abundance at the lake by French researchers in the 1960s, but there is no reference to its use there as a daily food source after the 16th century. The first large-scale Spirulina production plant, run by Sosa Texcoco, was established there in the early 1970s.
Spirulina may have an even longer history in Chad, as far back as the 9th century Kanem. It is still in daily use today, dried into cakes called Dihé, which are used to make broths for meals, and also sold in markets. The Spirulina is harvested from small lakes and ponds around lake Chad.

CONSTITUENTS

Spirulina contains unusually high amounts of protein, between 55 and 77% by dry weight, depending upon the source. It is a complete protein, containing all essential amino acids, though with reduced amounts of methionine, cysteine, and lysine, as compared to standard proteins such as that from meat, eggs, or milk. It is, however, superior to all standard plant protein, such as that from legumes.
Essential fatty acids

Spirulina is rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), and also provides alpha-linolenic (ALA), linoleic acid (LA), stearidonic acid (SDA), eicosapentaenoic (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), and arachidonic acid (AA)
Vitamins
Spirulina contains vitamin B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (nicotinamid), B6 (pyridoxine), B9 (folic acid), vitamin C, vitamin D, and vitamin E. The bioavailability of vitamin B12 in Spirulina is in dispute. Several biological assays have been used to test for the presence of vitamin B12. The most popular is the US Pharmacopeia method using the Lactobacillus leichmannii assay. Studies using this method have shown Spirulina to be a minimal source of bioavailable vitamin B12. However, this assay does not differentiate between true B12 (cobalamin) and similar compounds (corrinoids) that cannot be used in human metabolism. Cyanotech, a grower of spirulina, claims to have done a more recent assay, which has shown Spirulina to be a significant source of cobalamin. However the assay is not published for scientific review and so the existence of this assay is in doubt.

Minerals
Spirulina is a rich source of potassium, and also contains calcium, chromium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, sodium, and zinc.
Photosynthetic pigments
Spirulina contains many pigments including chlorophyll-a, xanthophyll, beta-carotene, echinenone, myxoxanthophyll, zeaxanthin, canthaxanthin, diatoxanthin, 3-hydroxyechinenone, beta-cryptoxanthin, oscillaxanthin.

The Moon

The Moon represents those forces which remain largely hidden to us.

The light of the moon provides some illumination down a path into the unknown, but not enough to brighten the landscape like
The Sun, or cut through the dark shadows from which the unexpected may leap. However,
The Moon is not without gifts we can use. She spurs our imagination and creativity.
She can be a portal to knowledge and experience beyond the realm of our everyday lives.
But Her offerings are not available to the feint of heart.
To receive what The Moon offers one must have the courage to follow uncharted paths and the intelligence to find truths hidden in a bewildering setting rife with illusion.
For those who can make this journey the reward may be finding the key to making their dreams come true.

Understanding and healing emotions which cause disease

The interconnection between our unresolved emotions and disease is undeniable.

We know that when we feel stressed, run down, angry and resentful our bodies begin to break down. This is a way they communicate with us, telling us to stop pushing away and start dealing with what is happening.
If we want to have any chance of living happy, healthy lives we can no longer afford to lie to ourselves and to suppress our emotions. However, to deal with our feelings we must first understand what they are and how we created them.
Many people suppress their emotions unconsciously as a protective mechanism, because on some level they feel that they cannot handle the pain and intensity of feelings they are experiencing. They may also not know how to let go of destructive emotions. Emotion is then stored in the body until they find appropriate key to release these.

UNDERSTANDING EMOTIONS

RESENTMENT
Resentment is deep hurt that is suppressed and unexpressed, which becomes anger. Often resentment is directed toward a family member or someone close to you. Resentment frequently comes about when you feel that you have been treated unfairly, or taken advantage of.
Long term resentment can lead to tumors, syphilis, osteoporosis, lupus, back pain etc

STUCKNESS
Many problems in your body and life occur when you are feeling stuck, inflexible and attached to one point of view. This often takes place when the same thoughts or scenarios play themselves over and over in your mind.
Long-term stuckness or stiffness can lead to varicose veins, sciatica, RSI, rheumatoid arthritis, paralysis, obesity, mouth ulcers, kidney problems and a host of other diseases.

GUILT
The whole justice system is based on the guilty and the innocent. We all know that guilt has strong consequences. Consciously or subconsciously guilt is associated with punishment, jail and a need to serve a sentence.
Guilt also requires judgment, which can lead to shame and embarrassment. Guilt and shame eat away at the body because many people believe that they need to hold on to their guilt in order to be punished. This belief is a form of self sabotage.
Guilt is associated with hip problems, migraines, weight issues, venereal disease, osteoporosis, Parkinson’s Disease, insomnia, sinusitis, impotence, hernia and heart disease.

UNWORTHY / LOW SELF ESTEEM
Feeling worthless can create depression and fatigue, because of your belief that you can not do anything of value. This often creates severe self criticism and judgment.
When we carry low self esteem and unworthiness the body tends to break down, which can lead to acne, weight problems, diabetes, genital herpes, ovarian cancer, scleroderma, ulcers, warts and memory loss.

How does massage therapy reduce stress?

Considerations

To understand how massage therapy can help stress, it is important to understand how stress affects the body.  When the brain senses any kind of stress, various reactions take place to raise the heart rate and blood pressure, tighten the muscles and decrease activity in other areas to conserve energy. Feelings of stress that continue for long periods can have detrimental effects on the body. The solution is to find other ways of dealing with stressors along with using techniques to calm the mind and body. Massage is one of those techniques.

General Benefits

The massage therapy is safe and can help with many symptoms, including stress, depression and anxiety. Part of managing stress is taking time to shift the mind away from everyday worries and to allow the body and mind to relax. The time spent in a massage can be used to focus on relaxing the body. It can promote feelings of being in control over your health and can play an active role in managing chronic illnesses. Many massage techniques are practiced in a quiet and low lit room. Some therapists have soft music in the background and use candles or incense that give off aromas that help the body and mind relax.

Muscular Benefits

Activation of the stress response causes muscles throughout the body to tense up. When the event ends, the muscles relax. However, if stress is constant, the muscles may remain in a slightly tensed state on a regular basis. This can lead to joint aches and pains, headaches, chronic back and neck pain and other symptoms. However, the National Institutes of Health claims that massage therapy can help. A massage therapist can use various techniques to rub, stroke, stretch or apply pressure to the muscles to help them return to a relaxed state, which in turn can reduce stress-related aches and pains.

Immune and Digestive System Benefits

To have the required energy to respond to stress, the body suppresses digestive and immune systems. Circulation is increased to the heart, muscles and lungs and is directed away from areas that are not needed to help in the response. If feelings of stress are chronic, this can lead to decreased immune system activity in general, which increases the risk of colds, flus and immune system diseases. Chronic problems with digestion and elimination can also accompany chronic stress. However, massage can help restore normal circulation, improve immune system activity and play a role in restoring normal digestive system function, according to the Johns Hopkins Integrative Medicine and Digestive Center.

What Can You Expect in 2013?

After the roller coaster 2012, many are looking forward to 2013.                                                            You wouldn’t think that a year could make such a difference but it does. This is because each year has a different Universal Year energy, and obviously the planetary alignments are different, so each year brings new and exciting changes, as well challenges.
The universe works in cycles. Even your personal karma works in cycles. We can use numerology and astrology to predict new cycles and the predominate flavour of the cycle. It helps us plan and utilise these energies to make the most of what the universe has to offer.
So, let’s begin. 2013 is a Universal 6 energy cycle (simply add 2+0+1+3 to get the 6 vibration) and it is such a radical shift from the 5 vibration of 2012. The 5 vibration certainly brought large scale change. We saw a focus on education, enormous change in global finances, riots and revolutions, as well as the lovely technological breakthroughs and the push for freedom.
The theme for the Universal 6 years is ‘follow your vision’.
The qualities of the number 6 centres on love, commitment, family, the home, themes of emotional and financial security, and either an obligation or desire to be of service to family and close friends. It can be a very creative year as well, and a year of incredible medical breakthroughs! The 6 vibration governs counselling, healing, medicine, so watch of for exciting innovations in that field.  It asks us to look at our heart chakra consciousness and find ways to self nurture the self as well as loved ones. During a Universal 6 year many of us will discover that our success and happiness is very much related to our willingness to give of ourselves.
Given that the Universal 5 year was very erratic, many are looking forward to finding a sense of ‘home’. If you are willing to compromise and make adjustments for those special people in your life, this can be a most fulfilling year. As a collective the 6 asks us to take on additional responsibility – taking care of the planet and all life. The pace is a lot slower than last year, and maybe even less adventurous, because we are being called to be of service to each other. In saying that, we will still see riots, revolution and financial mayhem which it’s a carryover from the Universal 5 year since these issues weren’t fully addressed and we still have the Pluto square Uranus energies in the skies. The drive of the 6 to take on a new level of responsibility will helps us to deal with the issues in a different manner – it’s about working together for a common goal. The key is to harmonise and keep things in balance to make the most of the 6 vibration.
Some people will use the 6 energy to fix up the home to make it feel secure and inviting, others open up to counselling loved ones. The focus is on love, relationship and domestic matters both personally and internationally. Business and financial matters will progress more slowly as global economies contract. How will you make adjustments to the responsibilities of the year? You would be wise to focus on how you can create a loving home life environment (and a peaceful global ‘home’) instead of trying to focus on the material aspects of life. Self-reliance and security will become more and more important as the year unfolds.
But the most important theme is ‘to follow your vision’. What is your dream? What can you do to make it happen? The 6 vibration drives us to get in touch with our higher ideals, to dream, to see the bigger picture, let go off and blocks in the heart chakra that stops us from reaching for these dreams. This energy is especially strong in the middle of the year. I will talk about the grand trine astrological aspect that gives us the cosmic push to discover our dreams and how to make them real later in this blog.
Also, please remember that your Personal Year number will be also influencing how you experience the 6 year. For example if you are in a Personal 1 year energy you will experience the Universal 6 year differently to say someone who is in a Personal 9 year.
As with all Universal Years, there is a challenging aspect to a number. The number 6 in detriment will mean that homelessness will be on the rise, more disfranchisement, and relationship breakdowns. Many will get too caught up in their heart chakra wounds to be off service or resent having to be the one to carry responsibilities. People can grow more critical or place impossible expectations on others for example; the search for the ideal love will mean that they could turn love away rather than seeing the imperfections in others as unique learning opportunities for the soul.
International relationships will be tested. Governments will be forced to deal with the financial crisis and how it affects their home. The USA for example will be tested in so many ways during 2013 as it tries to navigate the fiscal cliff.
Earlier I mentioned the Pluto square Uranus alignment. This is the energy that stirred up the revolutions, riots and financial shake ups last year. This two cosmic movers and shakers are coming back to test the collective in May and November to see if we are doing our karmic work or slackening off. Between these two hits globally we can see more financial mayhem and riots but also religious uprisings. Pluto square Uranus will test our faith in things as the global financial meltdown in the background gets us to question what is off true value and what is important to your heart. Well Uranus is in Aries so more youth rebellion to usher in new attitudes and ways of doing things against Pluto in Capricorn which governs banking, finance, big corporations and governments. We had this energy last year but it destabilised many, some felt sluggish and inert, others felt overwhelmed or anxious.
This year we need to deal with these energies differently. It gives us the opportunity to clear our house. Coming from a ‘being of service’ consciousness can help us restore harmony and balance and help each other instead of witnessing further breakdowns. There is a real push towards higher awareness and compassion and to inspire acts of random kindness. It really is a year where the global collective can move towards a sense of community instead of competition.
Thankfully there is a Saturn trine Neptune alignment (June and July) which can help you to plug into your higher vision and make your dreams come true.
How can you work with alignment?
Simply draw these cosmic energies through the crown chakra and down into the heart chakra and blend them with your vision and then take it into the solar plexus to manifest it as a reality.
Just a quick note: when manifesting remember that your thoughts, feelings and subconscious patterns will affect how strong the manifestation will be so be aware of your thoughts and feelings. Clear negative thoughts before manifesting!
The grand trine energy coming through in July can help make riots and revolutions much more constructive. Having a little faith in higher powers or in your visions can make such a difference! It can help us tap into compassion and the energy to create a ‘being of service’ consciousness. Use it to your advantage to strengthen your vision.
There is a t-square in July that may serve to jolt us into action our dreams and to take care of issues instead of trying to escape into the illusion of what we want, or what we are being told is real.
By the end of the year the universe sends rays that can help us to heal on a large scale, a kind of grand finale send off for the 6 vibration before we move into the Universal 7 year.
I wish you all a Happy New Year
